work...

OK!!!
So here is what's going on now. So i started that job but, i hated it. It would make me fill sick when ever i was going into work from the stress. So i quit...
I'm back on the job search which is going pretty good i had a interview yesterday which i thought went pretty good but, no call yet :( And i have a interview tomorrow unless i can get it changed lets hope i can.

So i go through this faze were something goes wrong then i just start craving junk food and of course i eat it. i worked out today lets hope it will help a little.
Some things have made me really grateful for the life and health i have i love growing up in the church what a blessing it has been I love my heavenly father.

School is going OK i guess i just wish i could move along in it faster. I want to be done before the end of this year. I'm almost to the phlebotomy part so that should be exciting.

O i have a funny story to tell you. So yesterday was like my unlucky day. As i was pulling the truck into the yard the fence decided it would attach the truck lets just say the truck one i will try and put up a picture of what happened.
So i called my dad and was like "you cant get mad about the fence when you get home" So this is what he did he came home asked how it happened came in side for a couple of minutes then says " I'm going to the store" so i was like OK well about 30 minutes later he came back with a new fence lol. I guess the picture went on top.

Working out

So I tried to start working out wich its ok but its just not enough. So I found out about these founds that are good fats for your body and help you burn fat. I will put the list up of some of thr foods I found..
Fruits: Grapefruit, Mango, Papaya, Cranberry, Watermelon, Apples, Blueberries, Cantaloupe,
Vegetables: Green Beans, Spinach, Asparagus, Broccoli, Cabbage, Lettuce, carrot, Cucumber, Garlic, Onion, Radish, Turnip, Zucchini, Cauliflower, Celery, Hot Chili.
Foods that burn fat: While not being true fat burning foods, eggs, lean turkey/chicken, milk and cheese, tuna, salmon, and other protein rich foods are great for burning fat and your body requires more calories to process protein than it does carbohydrates and fat.
Fiber rich foods like whole grains, cereals, beans/legumes, nuts and seeds help limit the number of calories you consume. Fiber rich foods take more time to digest and eating foods that are rich in fiber contributes to the full feeling that helps you eat less calories every meal.
So now my goals are eat more vegies and fruits with each meal try not to eat to candy because that is just wasted calories and i'm going to try and not drink soda anymore I can do that one easy I quit all the time.

Why is the rum always gone? O, that's why

OK so here it goes. I'm trying to get better at not being lazy. I want to be more swim suit ready by the summer but so far it is not working. My allergy's make me tired all the time and I never have energy so I need to get motivated to do it anyway. I have been trying real hard not to be lazy so that is a start I start work next week which will help but wont since I will be sitting at a desk for 4 hours a day. The other things I'm going to try is to walk or ride my bike to school if this weather would ever clear up and no more wind so that it wont make me sick.
Some of my other goals are not to cut my hair I was looking back at my high school year books and saw that in 10 grade my hair was so long and I want to grow it out again so that I can cut it in cute layers. Well that is my goals for now will put more up if I have some

Converges... O my goodness they are driving me nuts. They said they would call today to see if me and Kari can get on the same training but training starts at 3 and it is now 1:23 they have 30 more minutes to call so I can make it in there on time so there fore they are fired.

Verizon... I love my phone service i do but, they are driving me nuts to. They have this new rule for there 3g phones that you have to pay a data package plan for 10 dollars each month and I don't even want that I just want the phone why should I have to pay for something I don't want and cant afford RR. Then I went to wal-mart to see if I could get it there with out that stupid plan on it but the guy was a jerk. So my brother was going to help me buy this other phone that is cool but the guys was being such a jerk he could of had a way better attitude but no. So the new phone is postponed until further notice :(

I'm cleaning out my room! trying to get rid of the stuff I don't use anymore. So far I am doing good I have a pile for the Di or yard sale depends on how long I can stand it sitting there. I'm selling some of my stuff to on ksl :)
